They are asking that between 9 and 10pm this evening, everyone in London turns out their lights and shuts down non-essential appliances. Even if you don’t live in London you could still join in, I know I’m going to!</p>
<p>OK so just one hour of power saving in London isn’t going to save the planet from global warming but it could help raise awareness of the topic and make people think about unnecessary energy they are using.</p>
